Changed Thinking

If you want to change, then start thinking TCW (try,can,will).

The formula is simple and never fails, Why? Because, when you break the thought of
I Can't, all of a sudden good things begin to happen.


If you asked me to jump from a 20 story building and fly, I wouldn't even try because I'm not designed for that, that's reality. When you are thinking in terms of "I Can", then you look for solutions. In this case the parachute was made. Thinking "I Can" provides the Motivation and Inspiration to do so.

I could sell you all the motivational and inspirational CD's and DVD's in the world, but if you don't believe in yourself, the effect is only short term. When the short term effects wear off it comes right back to what you think. What you think will determine if you try. 

The problem is most people are defeated before they even try.

Do You Think You Can't Before You Even Try?

This is a common thought that stops people before they start. When you overcome this thought process, life looks a whole lot better. 

The psychological effects of negative thinking can be paralyzing.  The automatic response to everything becomes "I Can't". How many good things do you miss out on because you're programmed not to try. This is not meant to be critical, this is a habit we develop and sometimes don't realize it. 

Getting To "I Can And I Will"

TCW replaces old negative thought patterns. Trying is a positive first step, but at some point you must reach Can and Will. Somewhere while trying you will have to think "Ya I really can do this" and then go for it. Set fear and inhibitions aside, make a few mistakes, correct them and continue to do "I can". Successes will build confidence. Finally, without a doubt you can make the commitment and say "I will".

Channeling all your energy into a positive mindset is the key to success. Will you succeed 100% of the time? No, but you can be assured that you will exhaust every possible way to succeed. Don't be afraid to take a breather, don't be afraid to change your goal. Life is full of adjustments, just don't quit.

I have taken my simplified process for positive thinking, self-improvement and Thought Development, broken it down so anyone can make positive changes by using these simple steps. In fact, lets give you the first secret right now!
It's Desire.

There are only two things that motivate change, want or need. If you lose your job you need to find another one, that's a need change. If you have a good job but you want to be an actor, that's a want change.

Everybody wants different things. If you didn't know it, Michael Jordan didn't make the basketball team in his first year of high school. His desire motivated him to practice 2 hours before and after school until he made the team, the rest is history.

What Do You Want?

Whatever it is, start by thinking positively in that direction. Daydream about it, if it puts a smile on your face and energizes your spirit, you're on the right track, it's time to try.

Lets not BS anyone, we know positive thinking will take you a lot further than negative thought, but we have the law of possibilities versus probability. In the law of design there are limitations. A fish wasn't designed to breath out of water and a human wasn't designed to breath in water.

So what do you want to change? What kind of excitement do you want to put back into your life? This is where you start. Dream, think about it, don't fear failure fear not trying.

Will You Be The Victor Or The Victim?

It all depends on what you think. Wouldn't it be fun to be the
Victor for a change? Lets put it this way, if you don't like it you can always go back to being the Victim anytime.

Create Your Own Future

What changes will make you feel better, feel more successful, feel alive?

You start by wanting to change. The key word is Want, anything else like "maybe" or "I'm doing it for them" will result in failure. You have to Want to. Then the sequence goes like this "I will try" "I can" and "I will". Each step has a learning curve and a time stamp to match the individual.

There is no need to repeat mistakes of the past, don't feel overwhelmed with Power Words or material that would rival a 30 book collection of encyclopedias.
